I love this place! John was so helpful! Being in Twin Falls for the weekend didn’t stop me from being able to participate in the Black Friday sale at Play It Again Sports. John remembered which boards AND bindings we had picked out just a few days ago and pulled them to the side for us and did a phone sale for me ALL on a BLACK FRIDAY! I am so impressed and thankful! Customer service is great. I tell my friends about the great deals they have too.
Very poor. I called the store and asked if they would be interested in bicycle jerseys. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold to ask and then came back and said yes bring them in. A couple of day later I brought them in and was told by guy behind the counter that they didn't buy bike jerseys. I told him that when I called I was told yes and to bring them down and they would look at them. His response "well I looked at them". What an ass.
