Seriously impressed with this place!! So much great equipment...a ton new and gently used too!! Okay so don't shame me, I went to Walmart and grabbed my kiddo a bike for $65...it is a cheapie Spider-Man bike. (Which of course he loved but it's totally hideous!!) Then I stopped at Play It Again and they had a really nice, quality brand bike for $40. Ummmm yeah, there will be tears but spidey is taking a trip back to Walmart! I will never step foot in this store again with the way I was treated. I wanted to return my paddle board I bought, that was within the 7 day time frame for returns. They guy was saying I could not return it and had to get a managers permission. Then he said a lot of people try to return after using it instead of renting paddle boards. I was not just trying it out, I just didn't like the paddle board! Then as I was leaving he said I should rent from them for $25, which was not the point. Terrible service!!! Went in today and no one even asked if they could help me. Just stared at me. When I called today the guy had terrible attitude and hung up on me didn't even tell me to have a good day or anything! Disgusted. Wanted to purchase a board but guess that won't be happening.
Thank you to the staff and owners that gave us the best service and prices in town. We'll be shopping there again. King Shark Boise
