No customer service at all. No one came up to us to help with anything. Last week my mate and I walked in on 26/07, there were about 3-4 staffs on the desk, all were just chatting to each other. I was planning to buy a pair of Nike p6000 and see what size I was, but not one of them came up and welcomed us nor offered any assistance. I’ve looked at previous reviews of this place and there seems to be a trend.
Unbelievable customer service from Joel today. Very educated, caring and empathetic in helping us find the right shoe for my Partner. Showed all his class and experience. 100% fully satisfied and 100% full recommend. A++++++++
