Small store with limited range compared to other bigger stores in Melbourne or larger cities, however the service is always exceptional. Proactive customer service, ordering my size to be express delivered to my house (free of charge) if my size/colour/style is not available in store. One of the easiest stores to shop in in Bendigo.
When this store forst opened, it was brilliant. Good range and actually held stock. Now, it's only a few different shoes in a variety of colours and you would be lucky if they had your size in stock.

First time to the Bendigo Platypus Shoes today. We were served by McKenzie. He was extremely helpful, polite and kind. Overall his service was outstanding. I was very impressed.
