Wow… Just wow! Seth and Ruben really made my day. They were super helpful with my kids aswell as providing sensational customer service. I came in today feeling melancholy due to the rain but when I entered the store and spoke to them they absolutely made me feel like family. Seth was talking to me while ruben was entertaining and making my kids laugh. Will most definitely be coming back here!!! Tell a friend to tell a friend 🇳🇵😜
Came in today and was helped by out by Ruben. Who was an absolute delight. He helped me out with a store to door order and went out of his way to show me shoes that match my style and taste based on what I've previously ordered. He was also polite, friendly and enthusiastic. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Ruben!!
Had to do an exchange today and went in with 2 pairs of shoes instantly greeted by the employed which was great customer service but instantly turned away when we said we stated our intention of a exchange because of a sizing difference saying that she can’t do it without a manger in which I’ve never heard of, and if they don’t roster on managers for a day is that just a say where no exchanges or Rufunds can be resolved? Over all a waste of my time and will not be returning
The staff are always really nice and helpful. The guy who helped me today was awesome
