My mum and I went into Platypus shoes today as she's retiring the era of heels and heading into sneakers (finally). We were greeted initially by Kiara who was an absolute delight. She was so sincere and kind that we ended up coming back to the store after going to a few others because we had to buy some shoes from her. Was given wrong information regarding exchange Australia/ New Zealand. Ended up bringing it back to the Store. No refund No exchange as I couldn’t take the box extremely unhappy with service after spending over 500 dollars. Staff should know more about exchange policies overseas.

My wife and two children attended Platypus Shoes Blacktown today and we were assisted by Ruben and Ciara. They were really kind and professional. I exchanged shoes and asked to try on several different shoes. Ciara recommended shoe inserts and Ruben made many trips into the back store room to get shoes I wanted to try on while also dealing with another customer.
