Great experience in buying a shoe for my son! I couldn't find the right fit and the sales girl was quick to notice my son like spiderman from his bag and gave an option for another type of shoe which he loves. Thanks Sana ( sorry if got the name wrong)
Platypus has shown me time and time again why I'm better off buying from them and not Hype, JD Sports etc. The staff are so down-to-earth and friendly while still being polite and helpful. You aren't watched like a criminal while browsing shoes and the music isn't deafening like other shoe stores. A much more relaxing experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.
I had a disappointing experience in retail yesterday as a customer. I attempted to exchange an item. Although they had it in stock, I was informed that I would have to wait three business days to receive a refund and then repurchase the item. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was unwelcoming. As a result, my daughter also had a negative experience and now expresses reluctance to visit that store.

bought a pair of crocs online with afterpay on sale as a gift, ordered a 10 received an 11. the gift was for a teen who then went into mt gravatt store with the email of purchase to exchange the size was then refused and told she cant becuase of afterpay some.how even though she had proof of wrong size. then told her she had to pay the difference in price just to exchange. then the teen jist said to refund money and the the shoes there 30 days exchange refused then tried to be ripped off and charged more. so it got refunded ... read more
