After two years of no answers my daughter saw a doctor at this office who not only took her seriously but actually got us the referrals she needed. When CVPH hospital had no clue and sent us off to an er in Vermont…it was a pcp here that helped her.
This place said they would give me a call back by one of the nurses to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get a dtap vaccine for school. I didn’t get a return call for a WEEK after I continued to call back till I finally got through to someone a week later. After I got appointments scheduled for 3 of my kids for an additional physical I didn’t receive reminder notification of their appointments which I asked the nurse on the phone and she said they would.
