Professional, courteous & respectful. Attributes of both the receptionist (Linda) and Jeremy Ballard, his. From my first inquiring phone call I felt 'listened to'. Jeremy was attending to my concerns for a hearing aid. I believe i spoke to him 3x before I went for my first appt. He never pressed for a sale but of course he offered the benefits of their trial period and 'bundling' of hearing aid products and warranties. Jeremy was extra helpful and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain things so you can understand them. He took time to explain the various types of hearing aids and how they work. He was not high pressure when making recommendations. He took the time to demonstrate how the devices work and what options come with them. Would I recommend them, Hell yes.
