Nicole at the front desk is beyond AMAZING. I am so grateful for all of the staff and dentists. The care that has been provided to me has been wonderful.
Can anyone give me a general estimate for surgical extraction? I’ll take a worst case scenario price so at least I have a general idea with no insurance a general knowledge would be great to have. Tried to email them and they say can’t give you a quote unless come in for consultation. I have to pay for that! If your prices are outrageous then of course I’m going try find another place but I would have wasted money on a consultation for nothing. Why is it so hard to get help everything is about money
My biggest problem is the front desk girls. Dropping the f-bomb is tacky and not at all necessary when you are in your workplace. The Doctors are fantastic! Thanks, doc. BUT FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONISTS!! Not only this but the reception has ignored 4 calls about a prescription the Dr. gave me and hung up on me twice. I had to physically drive to the office and confront the girls which they made no excuse for but answered the question on the spot. COME ON!! It was that simple?! So thoroughly careful and caring. I was relaxed and the docs were easy to talk to. Thank you for your help. I will come back whenever I need dental work, every time.
I would not recommend. Nothing against the actual dentist there but this is a legit drive through dental mill. More patients than they can handle, patient goes in, staff working as fast as they can to get to next patient, and then exit in the back, the driver has to drive around building to pick you up. and the office staff/front desk is extremely, EXTREEMLY rude whenever I call needing info, has also hung up on me a few times. If I could give negative stars I would.
Called to make a appointment they couldnt get me in due to my insurance called again on 05/04/2020 the person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful and hung up the phone on me
