Sadly this HUD complex does NOT care about its tenants, very poor management and maintenance person is trouble. They lie, stalk and do not care about tenants Do Not rent from HUD anything!
Bad place manager is very rude and so is maintenance man is very rude and they're not helpful at all. I was evicted because of my family being there during the day time. This was a awful experience in His housing and I have lived in them before and I didn't have any problems!!
PLATTEVIEW APARTMENTS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM SAM THE MANAGER IS THE WORST PERSON TO TRY TO TALK TO ABOUT ANYTHING AND DONNIE IS ANOTHER BAD PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND THE HARASS THE TENANTS
Very well run and very helpful staff and kept clean outside and in the common areas ! Best Apt complex I have ever lived in! A Great manager that is very helpful and does his best for Keeping the Apartment complex a safe and quiet place to live!!!
Apartment 211 in building A has the best drugs just knock and they'll hook you up.
