Attitude problem with office staff.
I just read a response from this company to a commentor. It wasn't appropriate. Surprised actually.
I was at the McDonald's at 12:00 today 56th & 1st ave. I picked up my curbside order and attempted to leave. A pickup driven by (who appeared to be the owner) an older man, refused to let me squeeze in front of him, so I couldn't leave. I didn't want to cut in line, just leave. He got as close as he could to the car in front of him. As far as calling your business, I e-mailed your company to see if I could get a reply which didn't happen. Will and Rick were very easy to work with on getting my house fixed up from hail damage this past summer. Their crew did an excellent job with the roofing, siding, fascia, downspouts, and garage doors. The job site was always left clean at the end of the day. I didn't have to clean up my yard when they were done. They did an excellent job of picking up even nails with magnetic devices.
