This was the nicest hospital I have ever seen! Like a hotel...very comfortable and inviting decor. I am a nurse anesthetist and have worked in 15 different facilities. This is by far the most comfortable and comforting I've seen. My loved one was being cared for in the ICU and med-surg floor. The staff were all really kind and personable and knowledgeable. The physicians caring for my loved one were very attentive and competent.
Dr.Norman was incompetent and therefore i have diabetes because of the medication she had prescribed me , and must have overlooked the fact that my levels were abnormal. I feel as if the staff here are not trained right. Doctors get mad when you disagree with what they have to say and i had a very hard time trying to explain my situation without being interrupted. i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
I have to say , I have never been in such a nice hospital as Platte Valley Medical Center . I have had the Best Staff taking care of me for the last couple of days . Friendly caring people from the ER to my room ! Thank you so much !
Worse place ever please don't go here if you check in you wont come out!! They could care less about you!! They will give you the wrong treatment for what you have!!!
What all can I say, wonderful staff and hospital! My husband has major foot issues ( long story) and they've been great! Wound center is top notch! Doing all they can, some days going above and beyond!
Went in with my boyfriend because he had a rash and the guy said we don't do rashes go to your regular Dr. Really since when do they not treat your symptoms??? It was more then a rash ! Ridiculous they got there money I guess
Everyone courteous and helpful. The nurses and their assistants are the best.
Do not go to the internal medicine offices at Brighton or reunion locations. Most people working in the offices are incompetent. If you need to speak with one of the doctor's medical assistants you always have to go through the receptionists and messages are not passed along. They need a separate voicemail for the medical assistants so you can reach them personally. Whenever i call about an issue or question for them it takes 3-4 calls over weeks. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. doctors rushed.
