They need to learn to be clear on what insurance will cover and what will need to be paid out of pocket before they do treatment! I would have never allowed them to do my sons fillings which is suppose to be covered 100% under my insurance if i knew they were going to charge me out of pocket anyway! I swear they think $200 is chump change and no big deal a $200 bill right before Christmas is a huge deal! Then they have the nerve to tell me I will need to pay more at today's appt. RecommendedSo happy with the outcome! A couple years ago Claire fell and knocked out a tooth. Dr. Blaha met me that night to get the tooth back in. It had chipped but we couldn't repair it until braces were on and off. At the end of the very long road, her smile (which was always beautiful) is even more radiant. Such awesome work and great customer service! We love you Dr. Staci!!!
I love dr Blaha and the whole staff. Always have procedures absolutely pain free and everyone is so kind and friendly, they make you feel like family!

Absolutely love Dr. Trent and the rest of the staff. I followed my hygienist and I’m so glad I did. There are some amazing people at Platte Valley Dental. I never feel like I’m bothering them when I have a question or when I was having all the pain my jaw. When I moved and decided to change dentists it was an easy choice and an even easier transition.
Great place. Supper nice and helped out when I had an emergency.

Dr. Trent is exceptional! I have always been nervous prior to going to the dentist, often cancelling before I ever make it to the appointment. Dr. Trent and PVDC staff are kind, calming, and warm. Dr. Trent checked in on me on during my cleaning. Both he and Nikki made me feel comfortable! Dr. Trent tailors his care to his patient, and takes the time to explain treatment options and to provide education. I am looking forward to moving on with my treatment options!
Dr. Blaha and her staff are amazing. They are professionals who have the knowledge and take the time to provide the best patient care around.
