I’m leaving this review because of Riley Favinger and his outstanding customer service skills. So I had an oil pan leak on my Ford F-150 and it was super expensive no one wants to hear that bad news, but he took the time to take pictures and show me the issue. That put my mind at ease with a little bit of customer service on his part. Not to mention he is a polite young man.
Great work Riley Favinger on your superior customer service in the service department and thank you for the Veteran Discount. I only go to businesses that support veterans!
