Noise under the rear of my Jeep. Mechanics had half a day and said it was only a bolt that needed tightened. Needless to say the next day the noise was back. They said they felt rushed when I checked on my car halfway that afternoon, which I had a right to check in on. So you just rushed without properly repairing?? Haven’t had an issue with this business before and after purchasing a vehicle from, but after this incident, I won’t be returning. Disappointing. Thanks to a local Jeep dealer, the repair was completed.
They will sell you a car with a lemon title and not think twice about the customer that they sold the car to… all they care about is getting it off their lot.
Travis has sold us two cars now. He and the team are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend this dealership!
Irish Brian is the best to go to at Platte Valley. Both my daughters had situations that we weren’t entirely sure they could get a vehicle. Irish definitely pulled thru.
