I take my truck here for oil changes. And its cool they do the 99 point to give a heads up of any issue I may not know about. And usually service is pretty good and today wasnt seemingly any different until I got home. While there they showed me my very dirty cabin air filter. Leaves, dirt... needs to go. Which is why I have the replacements sitting at home to replace after I got my oil changed. Get home and pull them only to see my cabin STILL covered with leaves and loose stuff. Service department is a mess once completely forgot I had a car there... Explain to me what making an appointment is for if you completely forget the car... Not having any better luck with the vehicle I have there now. Need new service department management or some one who cares because clearly they do not now. Cannot vouch for the sales staff but certainly will not buy a vehicle from a place that won't service it.
Mark and his crew are some of the best around. Service with a smile and more importantly, excellent service after the point of sale.
