Went to try and sell some of my stuff. Had around ~30 pairs of shoes in 3 different bags. They said they only accept 1 bag per person per day, so I would have to come back 2 more times. I reached around 4pm on a Tuesday, and they said they had a wait time of 45 minutes and that I would need to be back before 9pm for the one bag I was allowed to leave with them. Always find something in this small but well curated store.
We confirmed days ago that they do buybacks on Saturdays before 3pm. We drove a long distance and was greeted with a hand written sign that they are not doing buy backs this weekend. Greatly disappointed.
I went to the store drove a half hour had two boxes of clothes very slightly worn designer, clothes, yoga pants a lot of clothes have tags on them. They would not accept anything because they said they were slightly worn, which made no sense whatsoever. Also, just for the heck of it, we look through the store. Don't expect more than $4 per item no matter the brand. They also do not purchase many items, maybe one or two at most. I guess they don't have taste because all of their clothes are weird and cheap brands like SHEIN lol and want to charge more than what the items cost on the website. Don't waste your time here, the staff is also rude and not welcoming. I will never be back.
