I paid in cash and never received change. Furious that I didn't realize this until we were home (over 30 minutes away) -- Staff did not bother to let us know when our items were finished being processed and when they asked if we were waiting on a buy back, they seemed confused and lost when trying to figure out which one was ours. After all of that, they only bought one item from me out of two big bins of clothing including 2 brand new Nine West heels. Disappointing selection and service. Will not be returning.

This place was awful. I came in with three bags full of name brand, gently used and freshly washed clothes. They made me wait an hour and a half before they looked at any of it, just so they could tell me they wouldn’t take a single thing because my items were “too mature” for their clientele. What the hell does that even mean?? They also broke the handles on two of my bags, and when I asked for help getting them out of the store, they refused, saying hey aren’t allowed to carry things out. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because I would. I brought in my items. I was told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait. K was okay with that and left. I came back at that time and they weren't done. I finally got a call right before 5:40 pm. I was at the store at 5:56pm and the doors were locked. The workers just kind of stared at me . When someone finally opened the door for me I was told "we are closed." I had to basically wait to be told they wouldn't take any clothes because I had a mature style. Oh, I was also a... read more
