Young kids working, older guy working who I’ll assume is a manager or franchise owner ... didn’t even look when I asked for help to bring my items in. No service. Just remember, it’s people like me who keep you in business. You NEED people to bring in their clothes so you can sell them.
Just took four bags to my this plato’s. They clearly did not look through the most packed full and biggest bag at all because they clothes were laid in there exactly as I put them. I asked if they did and they had trouble telling me yes or no at first, and then just said that they did and just packed it back neat but there is no such thing as “packing it back neatly” for Plato’s. Need to train their employees better. I’ll take that bag to Daisy Exchange instead.
Brought a few tubs in of neatly folded, gently worn pieces. Received almost all of our stuff back...okay, but they were STUFFED into the tubs. Come on guys, the time it took to fold and now refold (plus has) wasn’t worth the $13. Don’t waste your time. 👎🏼
I had some very nice clothing and a few items with tags still on and they didn't buy a single piece! They did purchase shoes , but at a very very low price. I saw way way more worn clothing and out of style clothing on the racks! NOT WORTH THE TIME!!!!!!
they told me they couldn't take my purses (2 Michael Kors and 1 Coach) "due to discoloration and the styles"- when there was NO discoloration anywhere on any of the purses! And I see "the styles" being carried all the time! Whatever
I dropped my clothes of today. Most NWT and items that had been worn once. They proceeded to waste my time by passing most all of my items due to discoloration. They buy things with holes and pit stains. I will never step foot in this store again. It’s a huge waste of your time, go to other resale locations that value their customers.
