Went there yesterday been there twice already. Im in the process of cleaning out my step son closet out. I have brought in a bunch of Levi jeans new not even worn. They gave me little to nothing. My husband brings them in. Everyone has their manners and gave him a good price. Tells you a lot bout the store.Sad
If you're going to work in customer service and retail, you need to have a good personality. I went here once or twice, the girls who work here can't even smile. I won't go back. Also, I get that it's not their decision what is returned but I had a cardigan that was not accepted but looking around the store , I came across dirty , disgusting flats and shoes.
I went to their grand opening and have been lucky enough to go two more times since. Great selection and wonderful customer service!
