employee was pretty rude and condescending 🤷♀️ would rather donate unwanted clothes to a thrift store tbh.
customer service is awful & if you walk in their door and you don't have a certain look, they treat you like crap!!
RecommendedThe staff there are wonderful. Whenever I’ve been in shopping, or selling my clothes, it’s always been a great experience. I wish I caught the girls’ name whom I sold my clothes with, but they just really know customer service; sweet and polite as can be. Also, the store is so clean and smells great. Definitely check it out!❤️🥰

RecommendedI refuse to pay full price now that I shop at Plato’s. I’d rather wait until it comes in, especially with how much clothes they buy a day!
I shop here on a weekly basis because I live next door. I recently went in to buy a shirt for a baby reveal party and after seeing one I liked that was only six dollars I went to go try it on. After taking it up to the cash register I was informed that it was mis-tagged and was not 6 dollars. When asking if I could get it for the price it was tagged, they rudely said no it is 16 dollars and since the shirt size on the tag didn't match the shirt they gave no discount. What a poor excuse of customer service.
