Bad Service, the times I went to sell my clothes, jewelry, they want new clothes or expensive clothes for them to accept it
This place has the worst customer service! They never want to buy anything that they claim they buy. They give you pennies for your stuff when they do buy it. And turn around and sell it for more than triple price. And the little sale that they are advertising about 15 dollar bags is a bunch of crap! It's a tiny bag the size that you put vegetables in at the grocery store and it's only on stuff that they couldn't sell themselves which was crap to begin with! Don't bother with these liars! Other 2nd hand stores are way better... read more

This store has the worst customer service. I went in to sell some items and they passed on them all even though they were all in Great condition. I see items that have holes in them on there racks but yet they wouldnt take something that still had tags on them that I purchased from platos 3 weeks ago. She said it was "out of style" how can something go out of style in 3 weeks? Doesn't make any sense. I will definitely never sell my items here again nor will I recommend this store.
