I couldnt believe it !!! The most cleanest Plato's Closet I've ever walked in or seen! Definitely will be coming back ,just loved the friendly and very helpful staff .
I went last week and took 2 bags but one wasn’t even full and they only took “5” items for $15 (although the girl gave me $19 but i gave her the other $4 back) anyways I’m now looking through the bags to see what to donate and there’s more than 5 items missing. I know what i had in the bag next time I’ll look at what they are buying and going to a different location.
Walked in at appx 8:45 pm Saturday night just to browse and kill some time, maybe find something cute to buy real quick. Girl behind the counter yells out really loud to a co-worker, "did you call your ride? We close in less than 15 mins." Ok, no big deal. I begin to hear the counting of the till....okkkk. I apologize that you and your daughter didn’t feel welcomed, and weren’t offered assistance while you shopped. The last customer of the day is expected to receive the same level of service as the first customer of the day, and everyone in between. Visited for the 1st time. Seems they only cater to a select customer and that is young people that were born in the 80's. Seems all of the jeans were for skater's.
Great selection! My location of choice in the greater Austin area.
