Went in with 4 bags full of brand name barely used clothes hoping for a great deal walk in to see how much I was getting they only accepted 4 pieces out of 4 bags full for 20 bucks! They suck! Thanks for nothing
The worst ! They are Extremely biased & he did not even look through all of my items .. will not be returning.
Horrible service. They are bias. They also don't treat everyone the same. I rather just donate my clothes or sell them myself before I ever go back there. They barely even greet you when you walk in. Staff member saw me walk to the counter and continues to scroll through pics on her phone. Like I said horrible service and horrible experience. And they almost kept a pair of my shoes without saying anything. Staff needs some work.
Staff was pretty rude. Apparently changed management rules and wouldn't take my Plato's card. They also changed the card to 15% off instead of 20% off. I've been to several Plato's Closets in the states. Sorry but this one was the worse.

The best way I can describe my experience is absolutely disgusted. I brought a huge bag of clothes that have maybe been worn once and a few with tags on them. The store only wanted four of my items and offered me only 7$. I felt extremely insulted mainly because while waiting I scanned the racks and saw clothes that were ragged and had stains, yet my clothing gets turned down or only offered 7$ for.
