Great place to buy affordable designer/mall brand cloths for poor people like my self! I can stay trendy without breaking the bank! Great employees and great vibe! Super clean and well organized store!
Love this Plato's Closet! It's one of the best ones in the area. It is clean, not cluttered, which makes looking around 10x easier! I always find amazing things in great condition, sometimes brand new with the tags still on them!! The prices are reasonable which honestly, I'd rather spend my money here than at American Eagle or Express spending $50-$80 on a pair of jeans! The employees are always very nice and welcoming. So I wanted to say how impressed I was with Plato’s closet Batavia. I had gone and waited in line for their awesome sale on Black Friday this year. I had bought a purse that I wasn’t in love with. So I looked at the receipt and I️t states that purses are final sale. So I gave them a call and I explained my situation and they were more then willing for me to do an exchange. I brought a huge garbage bag of clothing, only for them to give me $12.50 for very few items. They then proceeded to tell me that a lot of my clothes were out of style and stated there were things wrong with the clothing such as stains, tears, "zipper lines", etc. when I can assure you I wouldn't have brought them in if they were. Overall, I am completely insulted and my time was wasted. I'd rather give to Goodwill or Salvation Army.
One of those places that may not always have what you are looking for, but way better than Goodwill
Don't bring your clothes here. I brought in a massive basket of super cute clothes in perfect condition and they literally offered me $3 because my items were "out of style". Honestly the worst platos in the area
The owner of this shop is incredible! She greeted me at the door, told about the store and its upcoming fashion show and took a genuine interest in what brought me in! The shop is very nicely organized, sizes are correct and maintained and Delaney is a delight. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! You just gained a customer for life!!
Love it!!! I shop here often. As a single mom the deals are great! Very clean store. Organized. And always full of great and amazing things:)
