I like shopping here, but i won't ever bring clothes here i brought a big bag of charlotte russe, hollister, & victoria secret all name brands. They took 3 dresses. And gave me $4. ONLY! Wth!?
Love this place! They pay cash on the spot for what you bring in, and sell top brands for a fraction of what you would pay at the store! :)
Oddly i never feel out of place, the staff is always really nice as well. They have a such a good selection to choose from, i always leave there still eyeing at least one thing.
I brought cloths in there. The girls we all young. None of them looked like they knew fashion. Just by the way they we dressed themselves. It was horrible I had Brand new stuff with tags still on it. As I was waiting for them to look their my stuff. Going through the cloths on the racks. I couldn’t believe some of the shoes and cloths they had. Absolutely awful. Brought in multiple brand new boutique items that still had tags. Literally took one item. Never texted me when they were done. Waited 1.5 hours for $3. The people who work there are just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time on this garbage store.
Save your time and don’t step foot into this place. The staff was rude and super unprofessional! I brought in a large bag of items so I was expecting a longer wait but it took forever to sort through my things. Not to mention there were nearly 8 or so employees working some of which who were just in the corner together singing and laughing. I finally go up to see if my things were ready because the alert didn’t go off on my phone to find that they “couldn’t” accept any of my things. Really bad service. My friend and I had 4 large bags of clothes and the employee took 5 min to “look through” them... took none of it. Most of the clothes fit the requirements yet she didn’t take it. I don’t think she actually looked though all those bags. Needless to say, I’m furious. NEVER going back there again.
Staff is extremely rude, I bring in nice name brand items and they throw them back in my basket and offer me 7$ on 2 small items. Told me to put me basket up on counter extremely rude. I will be going to manage and higher than that! Girl is got plain blondeish brown hair. She is awful at customer service and should be fired.
