I took in a whole basket of shoes UGG boots, Ariat boots (men’s), Nike shoes, adidas slip ons women’s Clarke boots and didn’t take one thing. Made me go out and get my id again (I’m 31 weeks pregnant) just to get my basket back and it was pouring down rain. All the shoes look brand new I’ve probably only wore them a couple times we just wanted them out of our house. Half the shoes I see in the store are hideous and they said they were “out of style” what a joke! I’ll never be back.
Will never be back again! Horrible experience! They had me wait forever just to tell me they couldn't purchase any of my items mind you some still had tags others were name brand and in good condition. I get they can't take everything but to take nothing was a joke. Bad business!!
I don’t recommend this place at all! I took in a box of miss me jeans, hollister shorts, American eagle shorts all bc the sign said “need denim” but they didn’t buy a single thing from me. This is now the 3rd time that I’ve wasted a trip up there and they bought absolutely nothing. I used to shop and get all my clothes up there. I absolutely would rather pay full price in store! actually taking clothes instead of saying "they're too loved"
I will never shop or bring clothes here again! You told me you couldn’t take my clothes cuz they are well loved but yet I find clothes all the time in your place that look 10 times worse then what I bring in! You’ll never see me again!
Stains and holes in almost all shirts not up to date at all smells wouldn’t buy anything from here unless something really shood out to me
Brought in 3 boxes, they “looked through them” in just 15 minutes and took nothing. We had American eagle, hollister, lucky brand, BKE and silver jeans both male and female. Someone didn’t want to do their job yesterday. They also didn’t text the right number so we waited around for nothing.
Recommended👍 my granddaughters love shopping here , very clean and organized.
This location is an absolute joke. Took 3 full totes of name brand men’s & women’s clothing in, some items were new with tags. They took 9 items and gave me $20, when I know very well they’ll put them on the racks for twice the price they bought them for. Employee that waited on us was extremely rude as well. Got home and went to go through my totes & it doesn’t even look like some of the stuff had been gone through because it was still packed the exact same way I placed it into the tote before I brought it in.
