Nasty rude employees. They were trying to be funny and screaming customers names and laughing about it. I get that you want to have younger employees but the girls here are childish and unprofessional. Also I waited for an extremely long time for them to check the few items that I was bringing in while the girls stood up front and chatted. Lastly, I was not greeted when I entered the store nor was I acknowledged when I bought my items to the register. Never coming back I'll make sure my friends don't either. You guys rock!!! I love Platos Closet....
I love coming here, because I have found so many high quality treasures at this store. From a brand new Steve Madden Purse to four pairs of brand new fashionable shoes ranging from Carlos Santana, Gianni Binni, Jessica Simpson, Nine West etc. I have found some really cute jumpsuits, skirts, and jewelry. The ladies that work there are very polite as well. Keep up the good work :-)
Anytime time I go i get nothing but nice service from everyone(: But I do have one suggestion that I think will bring in more sales to the store....what about adding a children's section?!?...I know I would definitely spend money there with 3 kids 2 adults to shop for
Very poor customer service. First time taking clothes and last time. 45 minutes of being ignored and then didn't take anything. Very disappointed !!!
