Super inconsiderate staff. Waited 3 hours for my buy and they wouldnt take anything(mostly new and like new American Eagle and Nike) because there was a bikini mixed in with it. I thought they buy swimwear but that wasn't a big deal. Didn't give any explanation for not buying anything else. Not impressed.
Very bad customer service. The staff talked the whole time and was eating and being slow.
This place goes down hill every year. I’ve been selling clothes for years and all of a sudden today they say there is a “2 bag limit” to sell. Ive taken 5 bags every other time! I drove 30 min with 5 tubs of nice, name brand clothes to sell. They were so rude and inconsiderate. I’m 8 months pregnant and no one helped me with a single box. Instead they acted like I was a problem and inconvenience trying to sell. I usually get around $200 each time I sell and this time they gave me $30. The staff here are completely unprofessional and rude
I’ve been selling to Plato’s for two years and I know what they buy. So I make sure I have what they’re looking for. Let’s face it we all have a hustle and we’re all trying to survive. These past few times I’ve sold to them nothing but maybe 5 or 6 items has been accepted yet I come back the very next day and the items that were rejected were bought. Hmmmmm??? Two girls here were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Laughing and asking their coworkers “can you ring them already.” Rushing out customers when it was still a half hour until close time. Really need to re-evaluate your choice of employees.
