My experience shopping at plato's closet Macon was great.The customer service was Amazing!From the time you walk In they greet you.I always shop with my kids so it's really difficult,the employees always ask if I would like them to hold my things at the counter until I'm ready to try on...I just moved to Macon and I've shopped at many plato's and this location is color coordinated which makes it easy to shop. Overall I'm pleased with my shopping experience,will definitely be returning.
It used to be awesome when I was 16 but now it truly sucks. Seems like they buy anything now any brands. I was looking for American Eagle pants or capris and most the stuff was Walmart brand that was in there. Maybe they had a cute couple of shirts for smaller women but not bigger ones. I unfortunately was not the only one who walked out empty handed. It was such a waist of my time and I won't be back. Ross is 100 times better in my book.
Not happy to see fake handbags. Spotted a totally fake Juicy handbag the last time I went. Not impressed with the clothes selection either.
Loved the prices and the brand...we will continue to shop there for ourselves and family..
Horrible customer service! The 3 girls that worked the morning of the 8th of January were so beyond rude and had my friend & I wait over 30 mins. for nothing! Because apparently she thinks playing on her phone is more important instead of actually doing her job. Definitely NOT going back!!
Bring in branded clothes in great condition Dont except but makes you wait for an hour no thanks!
The selection is good, the attitude of management and employees is horrible!! They played music so loud that my 74 year old Mother could not hear me speak to her from 2 feet away. Another customer (a male) mentioned he was having a problem with the loud music as well. They then turned music down. As soon as he left store, music turned right back up and louder!
