This is the 4th time I come in to sell some things, nothing overused, good brands....yet they always have an excuse for not taking anything... sorry, but you all need to change customer service and buying/selling experience. From now on just taking my business elsewhere. Terrible.

Just went there for the second time and the same two girls are there who don't speak to you as you come in the door. I'm all about Customer service and if you don't acknowledge me, I will not buy! I advise they change the staff or they will continue to lose customers!! I will drive to the Duluth location where they actually speak to you and ask you if you need assistance!

I came to sell clothes the women ignored me when I came in. One was on the phone and the other didn't even acknowledge me. I asked how long it would take and she said 40 minutes. There were no other people selling in front of me and no shoppers in the store. I came back 45 minutes later and she said she hadn't looked at them yet. She told me to come back in 20 minutes I went back in 30 and my clothes were still not looked at. I was told another 5-10 minutes and waited 30. AWFUL EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND SELLING HERE.
