I came by today to sell clothes. I didn’t think to “check their social media” prior to going to a store. Anyways, they have a slip of receipt paper on their door that nobody can read without being at the door stating they are closed. RecommendedThis is by far the best Plato’s or consignment shop I’ve ever been to. Their selection is more mature/upscale than most Plato’s. This location is excellent for 20-somethings and 30-somethings.

I took with me three bags of clothes and some shoes to sell them there and after waiting about 2 hours and thirty minutes ( telling me the first time to wait 1.5 hours and then 1 more hour because they hadn't looked at my things!) for an answer of what they were buying from me the said they decided to buy just "3 items" that they didn't even want to show me which ones were but they offered me $28 that I accepted, everything was fine until that point but my big surprise was when I came back home and check my items and found o... read more
Despite reading negative reviews, I've never had a bad experience shopping at platos. I've never tried to sell items, but as a shopper I am satisfied. Prices are great. I don't demand an associate to follow me around and force me to converse with them every time I walk in a store, so I am satisfied with the customer service, which is usually a kind greeting. Anyone who loves cheap name brand clothes should shop here or the kennesaw Plato's!
Should definitely change staff. Short haired girl with glasses and rose gold/auburn hair chick. We walked in, they stared at us and went back to looking at their phones. The store in general should be closed. Good luck
