Been a customer for years but lately things have been going downhill. Went in to drop off some items and I was neither greeted nor was I acknowledged. The girls were just carrying on their own personal conversations. I've worked customer service for a while and that behavior was unacceptable. After today I will find somewhere else to go.
Can’t expect much when you let college students run a business. I assume their boyfriends are more important than the customers.
Do not use your card at this store they will run it twice. They are biggest crooks will never ship here again.
The sales associates are so helpful. Great clothing, accessories, and more.
Took a full Rubbermaid container to this place and alot still had tags on it brands were American eagle old navy lucky brand and they bought 2 items on top of that it was all neat and folded when o dropped it off and when I picked up it was just thrown in the container.and one of the employees was giving me dirty look will not be back to sale items or shop!!!

I had a horrible experience today! After saying that they went through our clothes, and saying they were mainly worn and torn, they decided to buy three items for a measly 19$. Out of two large bags of clothes that were brand new with most still tagged, and a smaller bag of shoes.
