I went in on Saturday, was told that if I wash my Onclouds, they would buy them as they are a “high demand item.” I brought them back today and was told that they were not the right style. Waste of time.

So i read the reviews and was pretty turned off about going here, BUT i love Platos so i went anyways. I dont get the negative reviews. I was IN LOVE with this place and the wonderful women working there. I found tons of good clothes and good deals like always with absolutely wonderful service. You guys are doing great.

My visits to this store get worse and worse everytime. I LEGIT took a bag of current styles, that if taken to ANY other Plato’s Closet they’d accept (I frequent quite a few from my hometown of Atlanta). They passed on 3 fairly newer styles of shoes(last 2 years) for the dumbest reason, but if you look at their shelves, its dated overly worn and tattered shoes and clothing. My teen daughter took a tote of clothes all in season and all name brand in the store. She took vs pink ae, converse. While they were busy turning their noses up at her items we walked around and saw old dirty converse for sale for $25, old shirts with bleach stains and tears, jeans with busted zippers. We ended up taking our items, they only wanted 3 vs hoodies for less than $10. I will not be back to shop and neither will I allow my teen to shop here. Honestly pretty disappointed. The staff was nice and they went through the clothing I tried to sell really fast, but they didn’t accept a single thing I had in my bag. I’m not sure what they’re looking to buy, because many of the items were brand name and/or new. I looked around the store and found multiple items with stains, that were broken or missing pieces, and old souvenir tshirts. Me and a friend brought some super cute and trendy clothes and brand new shoes in to sell and the workers there told us that nothing we had was in style and they couldn't take anything which made us really upset considering they had stuff in there that was very worn and and visibly breaking. it was just very disheartening to know the stuff we had was brand new or only worn once and they wouldnt take it. never going there again!
