Spent the week prior to Xmas my sisters and I cleaning out closets We are all fashionistas and clothes horses. We brought 5 bags of clothes at about 10 am to Platos in Kennesaw. . Left cell number, was told they'd call when done. "It would take awhile" . (understandable) Store had 2 shoppers. And one other bag of items at the intake area. Absolutely love this store I went into this store one day to see what it was all about well let's say I have not paid full price for a pair of miss me jeans since I've been shopping here definitely will continue shopping here!!!
I brought in 2 bags of clothes to be sold. I watched this rude employee dig through my clothes at the front counter. Not only that, but she was turning to another associate and making fun of my items . She was makeup fun of other customers items .This store absolutely sucks. This stores employees are rude and think there better than everybody else . Your better off going to Uptown Cheapskate over on Cobb Pkwy. This store needs deserves to go out of business . Rude and obnoxious employees
This newer location SUCKS train the staff to STOP talking so much about their personal lives and greet the customers! The clothes their buying look cheap and torn! The store is terrible and the staff has no personality! Never to return!

Thank you SO much for wasting my time. I brought in a large tub and they only wanted 4 items at $4.30 (not to mention it took over an hour for them to sort the items). I can make more than that selling them at a yard sale. Absolutely ridiculous.

There are several factors involved in our buying process including brands, styles, recently purchased, current inventory level, condition, etc. We do work on a first come, first serve basis and depending on how many people were ahead of you could've been the reason it took some time to go through your items. Wish I could give less than 1 star. I waited for my clothing that I took in to sell to be looked through and was sitting outside to see them not even look through my clothes at all and put them to the side. And I wasn't the only one I saw the girl do that to. I guess she doesn't like if you bring in more than a few items but that is her job.... Will never shop here or try to sell here again and will let all of my friends that shop here often know as well!
