My daughter and I to stopped by to drop off name brand items, however the associate went through our clothes with hardly reviewing them. They basically humiliated us stating the manager has to prove wether the items were authentic. We had coach, Bebe, Aeropostale, just to name a few. She also said they didn’t accept children’s clothing...umm I explained there were no children’s clothing. I will never visit this place again. Horrible customer service. RecommendedHuge store, very well organized. Great shoes and jewelry (would love to see more of a plus size selection though). The employee/manager? that greeted us was so upbeat and nice. It’s great to see someone seeming to actually enjoy their job. He made my day.
I love the new location. It is huge, bright and clothes are well displayed! I was in and out in 20 min with a laundry basket full of consignment clothes and made $70. More than what I was going to sell them for in my garage sale. Totally a great experience...I will definitely be back soon!

Took clothes up there, several pairs of AEO girls jeans were not bought by them but yet not in my bags anymore. What they paid me for what they did but was pitiful. Won’t go back to shop or sell!
This location has the worst staff, all the times I’ve come they all seem to have an attitude, I don’t understand why management keeps hiring girls that don’t want to “work” I was letting that pass for a couple times until last week I went to sell 4 items, probably 15 mns before 8pm, as soon as I walked in I saw a girl behind the counter roll her eyes to her co-worker and as I approached, they ignored me & then they were like ‘oh, we stopped accepting items already’ I guess I’m gonna try Uptown Cheapskate since everybody is s... read more

Hello this is Ryan the general manager for this location. I'm sorry you had this experience at my store. I was hoping you could pm me the details of when you came in so i can review my cameras as well as speak with the employees involved. I definitely don't want anyone to have this experience at my store and i would like to correct it.
Every time I bring my items here I leave feeling like I completely wasted 3 hours of my day. I can bring clean, new or barely used clothes here, and I'm offered $3.55. I can take the same exact bag of clothing (as I've done many times before) to another location and be offered 5x that much... this location in particular is a joke. I will save my time and just donate them to Goodwill.
I've by far had the worst experience here. I brought in 4 bags worth of clothing & they only kept maybe 5 items and offered $11 for them. not to mention all of my items are very gently used and will never be used by me again. the employees were less than friendly. i would not recommend wasting your time here. sell your clothes at a yard sale or something of the sort because you are bound to get so much more money than what they offer. 0/10 would not recommend.
I have been to many Plato's closet locations, and this is by far the worst. The employees are extremely rude, and they love to make snide remarks about customers. I've been here a couple of times, and I have not been greeted once. I was the only customer in the store last week, and the two girls working literally looked at me and did not say anything.
