Waited 1 hour while they checked everyone else out besides my daughter when she was told 20 minutes. Kept ignoring us!
Nice place to shop and very reasonable..
Took a basket of clothes including brand new with tags GAP jeans, and was told they couldn't take any of them. After seeing what they do pick to put in their store, I'm glad my clothes aren't on that level. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

Sara. Sorry you had a bad experience in our store. Honestly just bc clothes have tags on them it doesn’t mean we can sell them. Gap jeans typically don’t do that well for us. We have to consider what we end up putting on clearance and yes we do make mistakes.
This is the second time I’ve heard a rude comment from one of the employees. The employees I’ve dealt with treat you as an inconvenience and not a customer. I highly recommend going to a different location (or a different thrift store in general).
I love going there but don't care for the people that work there. Look at others as if they are beneath them....
Took in $140 Ugg’s and was offered $37..... Wore them once, was not expecting full price but $37 really??? That is a shame!
