Just remember why I stopped bringing items to your store..first of all I made sure there were no SPOTS/STAINS and you barely have men athletic shoes I had 4 pair maybe worn 2xs....never a gain and by the way recheck your inventory 2 sweaters I looked at had holes!
The ABSOLUTE WORST place you can ever go!! The workers are so rude and unprofessional. I came in this very location to sell my clothes. When they were done I asked to look in the bucket at what they had took because I had forgotten to grab a few items that I didn’t want to sell out. i just brought in 4 bags to this location. i dropped my stuff off at 5:30 and got a text that said my buy was competed at 6. it took 30 minutes to go through 4 bags? when i got there 3 of my items were bought for $8 due to my stuff “not being trendy and not aimed to teens and too many dresses in inventory” ill let the dresses slide but “not trendy?” 90% of the items i brought in are black and the last time i checked that was always in style. i have pairs of hardly worn american eagle jeans that were returned to me. those are... read more
Took some clothes in to be sold in on Thursday and felt like i was judged when i walked in. I'm a young mom so i know right now i look a hot mess. I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to go through my bag and put into a computer. I wasn't even 5 minutes down the road to go to the bakery and i get a text saying they were done. I do not recommend this place at all!! I took in 2 large bins of shoes name brand from Jordan's barely worn to Sperry's, heels and flats to come back to pick and find out I do not have store credit or my items!! I am so out done. The store manager Farrah to which i had to speak over the phone was not helpful at all. I took in 7 pieces of clothing (2 being brand new pairs of silver jeans and a brand new Columbia shirt) and 2 pair of shoes and they bought one thing. I should’ve read the other reviews first. Highly disappointed. Think I’ll try Greensboro one next, they have much better reviews. Was told my items were out of date or they were over stocked. Men’s shoes had a sign up saying they needed shoes. All the clothes have been bought within the last year. Great Prices, Top of the Line
I hate this store 😡me an my Daughter took basically brand new clothes shoes jewelry an handbags and we were told the same thing they didn't want it an they can't use the style of items. So we went right to Greensboro plato's closet and sold all of our things 😒🙄🤷🏾♀️ I can't stand this High Point store oh an I'm never shopping in there again 💯‼️
