Today I went to the Crossroads location in Cary, NC. Had a John Paul Richard dress that still had the tags and was told this item was for an “old person”, and the dress nor I was the age group that they cater to. I was appalled! Even if the dress was not what they wanted, there is a diplomatic way to handle it.
we came in the store and I asked to use the restroom because I had a potty training 3 year old with me. we were told no and had to walk through a parking lot an excessive distance to get to a restroom at party city. I've also asked to use the restroom multiple times when I was pregnant with my son and was told no and had to leave multiple times in one shopping trip. extremely time consuming and inconvenient. this does not seem right to me to not provide a restroom for a 3 year old who is potty training or a woman that is pre... read more

Terrible customer service.
I've always had a hard time finding clothes I like at Plato's closet because my fashion taste is alternative. However, I walked into Plato's closet the other day and found several things I loved within just a few minutes, that would suit both mainstream and alternative fashions. They have a GREAT selection of faux fur vests, scarves, and boots for winter. Will be back again soon.
