TERRIBLE! They won't take my American Eagle jeans from last year, but as I was waiting (for a good 45 minutes), I find a band hoodie from a local HIGH SCHOOL????? Along with a lot of other awful looking things, whether it be just plain worn out, have holes, tears, or better yet deodorant stains. It's ridiculous. I also think that if a certain item/style that whichever employee going through the bags isn't personally into, it's an automatic no, no matter if it's in great condition. We strive to make sure our buyers all have the same training in regards to purchasing clothes from our customers. I'm sure you can understand not everyone is perfect however. Has used Walmart flip flops but won't buy my name brand clothes... Brought in a huge bin, 2 huge bags and waited 45 minutes for them to sort through it all to come out with $6 and 4 less shirts. What a joke! All she could tell me was there was normal wear on my clothes and normal marks from washing and drying... Last time I checked it was a USED clothing store... Honestly blown away
Crowded and cluttered. Terrible organization. Half the stuff you can buy looks like s & m designer clothes. So in style yea right!
