I have sold items to the store in East Lansing for years with no issues at all. Yesterday I went this store thinking I would have the same enjoyable experience. I brought 2 big bags of clothes from express and urban outfitters. Wait for 30 minutes to be told they didn't want any of it due to normal wear. Wait! What! I have sold stuff in the same condition to the East Lansing all the time! I will never come here again.

Interesting store and wonderful staff who is really open to help and very friendly. Personally want to give a thanks to the sale associate Thuy for giving the tour and help with the looking for the camo. Seriously someone should give her a bonus or something she was way to sweet and lovely. If i could give her star rating it be a 5 star for sure.

It's was awesome experience.. From the warm welcome by the cashiers. I also like to give a shout to Thuy The sale associate.. She very sweet and kind.. Help me find and search for items. Also has great taste and fashion.. Great job staff and Thuy.. Love peace and respect..

This is by far the best Plato's closet I've ever gone too, for selling and buying!! I drive 1.5 hours just to come here!! They are very friendly and always give clear explanations when they can't accept some items! Evan helped me out 2 days in a row and I couldn't have asked for better service!!
