Never going to this place to bring stuff in again waited 45 mins for them to look at 10 pairs of pants basically brand new some with tags on it. I got tired of seeing all these other people get done before me so I finally went up and asked how much longer and they said oh yours have been done for 40 minutes now and we are only taking one pair of pants for $5 not worth the time!

I am confused as to what you accept. I have always brought in" like new" clothing that looks so much better than most I see on the racks. My items are not pilled, stained, outdated, etc. but I am always told that "it's not what we're looking for". I too have decided it's not worth my time. I will just donate to Good Will.
It's definitely a hit or miss. I will never buy clothes from here though just because the name brands I buy & they sell are most of the time more expensive than what I'd buy new.. lol but when it comes to selling honestly you either get a lot or barely any I've sold a couple times and mostly got $10 or under so it's really a hit or miss.
