I don’t understand this store they said they were looking for spring/summer wear. (Majority of what brand in was dresses n shoes) but I brought in some athletic Calvin Klein work out pants a BCBG brown jacket and black dress, A fashion Nova brand new dress and a brand new shirt/dress brand new and several other items n they said everything I brought was to dressy n that they were looking for more casual items and on top of that it took them 3 min to go over everything by d time I dropped it off n sat in d car 1 min my items ... read more

Terrible experience. Purchased an item yesterday only to find out there was a stain on it. I called to make sure I could get my money back since it had been less than 24 hours since purchasing and the tags were still on the dress and I still had the receipt. They wouldn’t give me a refund, only offered store credit or an exchange. I’ll never be shopping there again so those options are completely useless to me. Horrible! Just moved here from the east side of the state and every time I would take my stuff in they went through it all the way and didn’t half ass look through my stuff. Pretty sad that I had brand new stuff with tags still on them that they turned away because they were lazy and didn’t want to go through it. And not to mention the rude ass girls they have working there � never again

This location is extremely stingy with their buy backs, even when clothing fits the criteria that they are looking for. A couple associates have awful & unfriendly attitudes. I've never been satisfied with my experience here.
Terrible customer service will not return. Wasted my time the last two times I tried one last time and the lady who "greeted" at door poor attitude and I asked a question decided to answer like i was unconvincing her.
