Nicer workers. Stop being so judgmental and immature. That would make this shop A LOT better. And it's not just me saying this. Everyone that I've talked to about ALL platos closet's in general agree. It's like instead of fixing the problem by hiring kind people, or training them if necessary, and unfortunately ultimately firing the girls/guys who cannot separate how they judge the clothes from the people who bring them in would make this place so much more enjoyable. This place is a joke! Took a full bin of nice men’s clothes, some shirts were even brand new. I want to say about 20 shirts and they only wanted to buy 1 😡 it was a waste of time. On top of that, the shirt they wanted could be sold by them for a good $20, and they offered me $3. Ugh no, took all my stuff and left. Very disappointed. Will never shop or sell here again.
0/10. F- The girls here aren’t basing their judgements on the quality of items OR whether or not they’re “trending” they’re only choosing items they think they would like. Management needs to hire unbiased employees, like Supreme Court justices.
After my last experience with Plato’s Closet a couple years ago, I thought I’d give them another chance today. Boy was I wrong. I never understood how you can tell someone that you can’t take their clothes because they are “too worn”, yet still display out of season and out dated clothes that look more worn. Tried to bring in my clothes today, they took three pieces out of everything. When asked why, the front cashier said it was because everything was too worn and won’t sell. RecommendedIt has super cute clothes for cheap that you’d never be able to know were used! I Go shopping there all the time, and am always trying to bring friends! The staff are also really friendly and helpful. 😊
