Very rude customer service today, I don't care if you stop buying in a half hour that's no reason to be rude.
The staff was very friendly and did a great job! The issue is how picky they act when choosing clothing. It says online they accept all seasons all year round but they don't. I was told it varies by location. They offer next to nothing for your items when I brought in all barely worn/brand new name labels. Looking around the store and thinking of how picky they act with selections, there are lots of overly worn items that shouldn't have been taken. Shopping prices are ok not fantastic. Customer service was not horrible but not great. Disappointed I was only offered $5 for a brand new never worn vs hoodie with bling and a bke jacket. Those brands are not cheap. As far as selling you can get more money on a Facebook sale site. As far as shopping not too badly priced. Rocks are like 60-70 which is good.

Seems like every time I bring in clothing and shoes that are in style, they "have too much", but there are Walmart brands on the rack. I usually bring in forever 21, American eagle, and other brands you can find at the mall along with Nike. It's also disappointing when I see something I sold to them for $5 that I had bought for $40 less than a year ago, on the rack for $20.
