I do not recommend taking or buying anything from them took 3 bags full of name brand stuff and they only took 1 ONE PAIR OF SOCKS!!! Most of the stuff had tags still on them!
Today I went in to sell some things, I had a few shirts and a scarf all junior brands. I go up to the counter and girl says I'm getting $3 and some change back because my clothes were to fancy. Mind you the shirts were not fancy at all and they were all name brand junior clothes. I shopped as I waited and I saw stains on clothes and rips and I even accidentally bought some ripped clothing myself. I don’t understand how they decide what to buy and what not to buy. I recently took in quite a bit of nice stuff and didn’t take any of it. Like brand new stuff that has never been worn or stuff that has only been worn a few times. They refused it because of wear and tear?? As I was looking through the racks most of the stuff there looks old and worn out and they still want almost full price for it. It doesn’t make any sense to me.
they have rude employees... they stare and laugh at their customers. they wouldn't take my nice things but yet if you go there right I could show you a sweater that has a nasty stain on it. refused my cute stuff... but have you seen their sweaters?? ##grannystatus they should honor and accept clothing that the brands they say they take. unless clearly damaged such as tears or stains etc...
I went in today and try to sell some dress from Guess, Express, MK and they didn’t bought anything because they only carry casual clothing. Plus their customer service it’s not the greatest.
I think its absolutely stupid that you don't allow carts in your store. you would rather kids run around pulling stuff off the hangers and running around the store. obviously the owner or who ever makes the "rules" does not have kids!
