Came to the platos location on poplar to take in my gently used clothes & when i got them back i noticed they were still folded as how i put them in there they didnt even look in my bin & i am very disappointed
Tried to do a little thrift shopping. Selection looks better at any Goodwill. I mentioned that the Ex large/2/3X sizes were chock full of SMALL sized dresses to the clerk, and she just shrugged and acted like it wasn’t somethings she could deal with....like, literally grab the 15 dresses that are smalls and walk them to the SMALL DRESS AREA!! It sucks shopping and finding cute things, only to find out that they don’t fit because it hasn’t been properly put up!!
Love this place! Awesome prices on name brand clothes and shoes.
RecommendedI went to this location about a week ago, I had better experience than the Cordova location. The staff was friendly and helpful with my transaction. I had two staff member who were working, there names were Kara and aminaha. They were just the best. I’m going to come back to this location again

Highly recommend going to the one in Cordova! They are awesome!! Staff here wasn’t that friendly, everything was totally out of wack size wise. Just didn’t get a good vibe here at all.
