Seeing other people's terrible experiences get some new decent staff or your business ain't gonna last around here for long, remember us customers are the only reason your doors are open! I wouldn't waste my time or even a penny in your store.

The employees and manager are very rude, not friendly at all! This is not a place that I'd like to spend my time or my money at!! I will not be going back!!
Went to Plato's Closet today. Spent $250 and used a punch card for 20% off . Which I earned for each $10 i spent previously. I don't get there very often so when I do I spend quite a bit of money. They informed me that they wouldn't give me another punch card. It's their policy . Are you kidding me? So they encourage you to only go there and spend 10 $20 so you get two punches? But yet people that spend a lot of money there get no incentive? I even spoke to the manager ,she said it's their policy. Piss poor policy. Dumbest t... read more

They are awful and make there customers feel like thieves and liars asking reciepts to my coach purses that were gifts that my husband and son tried to bring in today because I became paralyzed in 24 hour's by a rare autoimmune disease from my hip to my toes on my left side :( SO THANK YOU PLATO'S CLOSET FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! HOW MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS COME IN WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE???? ESPECIALLY ON GENTLY USED ITEM'S OR ACCESSORIES???
