I took my daughter here and had a very good experience. First time here so I'll go again.
I shop there every chance I get. The staff is dp polite and helpful. The place is very clean which is important to me. I love the variety and the selection is great! I would highly recommend selling and buying at this fine store. The Chippewa Valley is fortunate to have this store.

This was the WORST service I've ever had at any place. I dropped my bags off at 1215 and they told me to come back in an hour. I came back at 110 (just a few minutes early) and the lady asked for my name and I gave her my name, she told me my bags have not even been touched yet... I asked how long it would take and she told me to come back in 30 minutes. I stood there for 10 minutes and 2 girls were just standing behind the counter and giggling and not doing anything with my clothes. I ended up asking for my clothes back and... read more
