RecommendedThe girls were very friendly. I had signed up at the Brookfield store because I was told that was the store that had it all together more staff and staff that were more knowledgeable than the one in greenfield. I had read that the one or two girls working in greenfield were very overwhelmed and couldn't handle people coming in with things to sell at the same time that others were buying. I came in with name brand clothes some new with tags & I was told my items were not updated or out of season the same similar clothes that were on the rack I even made sure to ask the associate about my item's that had tags on them but unfortunately I didn't qualify. Understaffed, and the one girl was overwhelmed. She didn’t even look at the clothes I brought in and I was told to go to Brookfield. Wasted an hour of my time. The clothes were in the same state as I left them when I brought them in. They hadn’t moved. Won’t be back.
idk if its just this location or what? but every single time ive come to sell- i always bring all brand name cute things none older than a year n a half, some bran new with tags, and have gotten $6 at the most from the longest i can remember. yet looking at their inventory, they have some wrinkled stained old ugly rags hanging up that they accepted. also, most of the employees do not even look thru all your things, especially when they are busy. ive had a certain item denied, brought it back a diff day, and it was accepted. ... read more
I brought in a bag of wedges I have never worn. I was told told my wedges are “ not in style” and “too mature” for the store ! My wedges are brand name from Aldo, Macys, Rue 21, Kohl’s !!! They even have wedges listed as accessories that are needed! I would not recommend this place, their buyers are inaccurate in my opinion. Some of their shoe inventory looks dingy, obsolete, and displeasing.
This location has brand new management and a new staff and is wonderful to shop at- highly recommend.
